birgit, originally of bonn in germany, has lived in australia for the past 11 years. her widespread travel industry experience especially with the destinations australia and the south pacific has been gained through more than 21 years working in the travel industry. birgit has not only organised, but also personally escorted many group tours throughout australia and the south pacific. birgit loves the outdoors and watching the sun rise over sydney’s manly beach.

kylie, an australian, previously lived and worked in germany for six years and calls germany her second home. her 18 years of travel and tourism experience include management roles with ansett australia, virgin atlantic and the hong kong tourism board, retail travel and most recently, working for the australian tourist commission (tourism australia). kylie has a university degree in economics. kylie loves picnics with fresh prawns and champagne and weekends away on the nsw south coast with her family.
